With our Hertel Grilltechnik outside operating you serve your customers at eye level.
The Hertel Grilltechnik stainless steel superstructure features:
- Two original Hertel rotisserie units for up to 22 skewers
- Divided cooling unit with space for 360 chickens
- Hygiene unit
- Gas tank (bottle operation on request)
- Power unit on request
Our many years of experience from production and our own use of food trucks is reflected in our well thought-out design and simplifies both your daily work at the grill and the subsequent cleaning.
As a chassis serves a trailer of the brand ALKO with double axle.
